To join us online, please fill out the form below. Please note that your membership will not be official until we have received payment of annual dues. Once your form has been completed, one of our officers will contact you regarding how to submit the annual dues. The 2016 annual dues for the Coffee County Medical Society (CCMS) are $35. The fiscal year for CCMS is January to December. If you would prefer to register by mail, please contact one of our officers for instructions.
To join the Medical Association of Georgia, dues are $500 annually, and an online form can be obtained by clicking here.
